The objective of this module is to perform internal pipe wall erosion assessment based on API RP 14E and DNVGL-RP-O501 methodology. The module has both Point Model and Global Model capabilities. While Point model can be used to perform erosion assessment at one point in the pipeline, Global model can be used to calculate erosion rate at each point along the pipeline. Erosion profile plots can also be generated. The module gives the option to calculate erosion for straight pipes, weld reinforcements, downstream welds, smooth pipes, bends, blind tees and reducers.
