Span Assessment

SK-Spectrum has extensive experience in analysis of a large number of pipeline free spans. We have a state of the are tool to analyse a large number of freespans. We are unique in the world as we have analysed as many as five thousand freespans in one pipeline project. The main challenge facing the project was the mobile seabed which resulted in new spans appearing every year. We analysed the freespans based on DNV-RP-F105 L1, L2 and L3 criteria and categorised the freespans passing or failing the DNV-RP-F105 croteria. The spans failing the DNV-RP-F105 criteria were recommended for rectification.
